Associate / Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Contract)

Goshen Valley Foundation seeks Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Therapists to provide in-person therapy services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Compensation includes session rates, flexible scheduling, and a sign-on bonus may be available.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Provisional licensure in the state of Georgia (APC, LMSW, AMFT).
• Eligibility for approved supervision.
• Valid Driver’s License with good driving record and proof of insurance meeting required 100/300/100 liability coverage, and be insurable by GVF's auto insurance carrier.
• Complete and pass a criminal background check, safety screenings and drug screen.
• Ability to work in person.
