Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a creative leadership role within a social or creative agency
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful social-led campaigns and content strategies
• Hands-on expertise in video editing, storytelling, creative writing, and art direction
• Ability to inspire, mentor, and push teams to deliver impactful work
• Expertise in developing and overseeing content strategies that drive success
• Strong understanding of social and pop culture trends to create relevant content
• Ability to present ideas, secure buy-in, and align teams and clients
• Proven experience leading and executing high-impact social media campaigns
