The Growth Advisor is a high-intensity role that requires a high-potential individual to accelerate their career in startup operations. The role involves translating the Chief Growth Officer's vision into actionable workstreams and driving internal accountability to ensure strategic ideas are executed.
Primary responsibilities include vision translation and execution, strategic collateral and communications, and tactical support. This includes attending strategic sessions, driving internal accountability, managing information flows, and personally driving execution when needed.
The ideal candidate is a high-agency individual who can thrive in ambiguity, influence without authority, and think systemically. They should be mission-driven, have a strong work ethic, and be comfortable representing the company in various situations.
