Foot Care/Population Health Nurse

Reporting to the Director of Population Health, the foot care/population health nurse supports patients in assessments and treatments determined by the provider, providing foot and nail care services in the outpatient clinic setting.

Requirements

• LPN or RN Nebraska licensure
• BLS required
• Valid Nebraska driver’s license
