We are looking for our first Recruiting Lead to build and own GovSignals' talent acquisition function from the ground up. This person will partner directly with the CEO and leadership team to attract, evaluate, and close exceptional talent across every function as we scale rapidly through our next phase of growth.
Own Full-Cycle Recruiting Across All Functions, Source, screen, and close candidates across engineering, sales, GTM, client success, compliance, and operations, Manage multiple concurrent searches while maintaining quality and candidate experience, etc.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of hiring high-caliber people at startups, thrives in ambiguity, and understands that recruiting is both an art and a science.
