The role holder is responsible for budgeting, billing, and project operations, including budgeting, cost planning, and billing for client and sub-contractors.
Requirements
- Provide support to the Vertical Leads in performing quantity (BOQ) calculation and cost planning.
- Execute costing related activities at the project site.
- Monitor the progress of the project and provide a first level analysis of budget vs actual.
- Take responsibility for validation of RFIs, reconciliation of material, BOQ, BOM and the amount of work done.
- Raise bills for client and sub-contractors working on project site.
- Perform physical validation of client and sub-contractor bills based on the data captured in the RFI.
