Requirements
- Senior iGaming leadership role with P&L ownership of a B2B platform solution (5+ years)
- Experience managing large, complex, cross-functional teams (100+ employees)
- Deep technical and product knowledge across the entire iGaming platform stack (PAM, CRM, Payments, Bonus engines)
- Strong data-driven decision-making ability with a comprehensive understanding of player segmentation and operator operations
