Lead Software Engineer, Backend

Grab is seeking a Lead Software Engineer, Backend, to join their Demand Experiences team. The successful candidate will lead projects through the full life cycle, design and write high-quality code, and work with cross-team dependencies & ambiguities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering in a distributed systems environment
• Computer Science fundamentals in algorithms and data structures
• Understanding of system performance and scaling
• Programming skills in any language, with willingness to work on Golang
