People Operations Business Partner

Grab is seeking a People Operations Business Partner to play a strategic role in aligning business objectives with partners and employees across departments. The role will act as a strategic advisor, providing end-to-end HR expertise across organisational effectiveness, talent acquisition, performance management, career development, employee relations, compensation, and workforce planning.

Requirements

• 8+ years of HR experience
• At least 5 years in human resource business partnering in industries such as FinTech, hyper-growth companies, or banking and finance
• Great at talking to others and building trust and credibility across all levels
• Experience with HRIS systems and People analytics tools
• Leadership and strategic thinking skills
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
• Knowledge of cultural landscape in the markets we operate in
