Job description
As an AI Delivery Associate, you'll support the end-to-end delivery of our AI platform into customer environments. You'll work closely with our AI Delivery Lead and internal teams to ensure customers get up and running quickly and continue to see measurable value over time.
Support project delivery across onboarding and implementation, assist with discovery work, help configure and optimise our AI agent, monitor performance data, coordinate activity across internal teams, maintain accurate project documentation, contribute to building and improving internal delivery processes, and support compliance and governance tasks.
