Role Overview

AI Engineer at Gradient Labs, working on exceptional customer service using AI agents. Hybrid model from London office, 2-3 days a week. Tackle hard problems in AI and shape the future of customer operations.

What You Will Do

Build and operate AI agents in production, translate business problems into agentic workflows, build robust evaluation infrastructure, enhance the agent, shape the internal AI platform, experiment and prototype, analyze data, and drive technical decisions.

4+ years of professional software engineering experience, end-to-end ownership of production systems, hands-on experience shipping LLM-based features or agent systems into production, strong Python skills, always automating, comfort reasoning about trade-offs, product-driven posture, and preference for fast iteration.
