Production Manager

Role Overview

Graham Packaging is hiring a Production Manager based in Atlanta, GA. The Production Manager is responsible for all aspects of the Production and Maintenance departments and the coordination of activities with other departments to ensure efficient production of quality product.

What You Will Do

The primary duties of an Operations Manager include overseeing Maintenance and Production department personnel, coordinating scheduling and execution of preventative maintenance, determining and controlling maintenance budget, and maintaining direct contact with the Engineering department.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and/or related maintenance/operations experience, with a minimum of five years’ experience in a maintenance supervisory or management role in a manufacturing environment. The candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude.
