Requirements

• Perform and document troubleshooting, recovery, debugging, and repairs on laboratory systems and equipment.
• Create and update procedures, work instructions, guidelines, and testing documents.
• Support root cause investigations and collaborate with validation engineers.
• Recommend and implement changes to ensure ongoing high-quality and efficient engineering operations procedures.
• Support the planning and execution of qualification activities and adhere to GRAIL's policies and guidelines.
