Senior Android Engineer (B2C, Large-scale experience)

We are looking for an Android Engineer to join our team and help a popular social media company grow internationally through translations and guest experiences. You will contribute to the full development cycle, including technical design, development, testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years of software engineering experience, primarily focusing on developing user-facing Android applications at scale using Kotlin or Java
• Experience with modern Android development frameworks such as Jetpack Compose and Kotlin coroutines
• Working knowledge of GraphQL
• Backend experience (service development, databases, Kubernetes) and the ability to design maintainable APIs is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver projects on schedule
• Self-directed and thrive in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with remote teams and communicate complex technical topics to a diverse audience
