Cook

Cooks are responsible for preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Lodge, cooking to order for casual dining. Responsible for cooking food in a safe and healthy manner, using proper food handling and sanitation procedures and quantity and quality control in food production.

Requirements

• Experience in preparing food while observing sound health and sanitation practices.
• Good oral communication skills.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Prior cooking and serving experience working in fast food or a restaurant preferred.
• Current Food Handler’s card.
