
Job description
As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will work on the Solution Consultant team at Granicus, leveraging human-centered practices and a systems-thinking approach to transform how people experience public services. You will analyze the current state customer experience, map an idealized journey to meet our customers' goals, and develop actionable plans for enhanced digital experiences.
You will lead discovery and technical demonstration activities, conduct individual interviews, facilitate discovery workshops, and review content or data to glean insights. You will develop combined solutions of services and technology to facilitate critical business objectives for Granicus customers.
You will love this job if you have experience working with product and sales teams, meeting with agencies, developing and delivering effective pitch, solution, and technical demonstrations, and building and maintaining a library of solutions and customer examples.
