
Job description
The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in helping project teams deliver successful outcomes for leading manufacturers. Working closely with Project Managers, Engineering teams, and Operations leaders, this role supports project planning, execution, reporting, resource coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Deliverables include supporting Project Managers in coordinating all phases of the project lifecycle, maintaining accurate project documentation, and assisting with risk management, staffing coordination, and vendor administration.
The successful candidate is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about driving project success while contributing to an exceptional client experience.
