Machine Gluer Operator

Requirements

• Adjust gluing machines to fit the particular style of carton being processed
• Maintain machinery at optimum speed
• Detect and fix malfunctions quickly
• Train feeder/catcher trainees
• Assume duties of Feeder or Inspector
• Perform maintenance duties on gluer machinery
• Maintain written and electronic records
• Make labels per customer specs
• Troubleshoot problems and teach fellow operators
• Work alternate schedules and overtime
