Requirements

• Operate and maintain machinery to achieve high-quality production standards
• Set up and adjust machinery to ensure optimal performance
• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
• Train production operators in the proper operation and maintenance of manufacturing machinery
• Assist in repairs to ensure continuous operation
• Coordinate and assist in executing daily schedules
• Maintain accurate production records
• Participate in tasks necessary to ensure continuous operation
• Follow all plant safety rules and maintain a safe working environment
• Monitor the quality of products being produced
