Parts Counter Specialist - 2nd Shift

GTG Peterbilt is a premier provider of quality products and services to commercial equipment users. We have an opening for an experienced Parts Counter Specialist in Wichita, KS. The position provides expert support to customers and internal teams by identifying, sourcing, and supplying the correct parts for heavy-duty trucks.

Requirements

• Assist mechanics and customers with acquiring parts
• Locate parts mechanics might need to finish job
• Answer customer questions, provide price quotes in-person and over the phone
• Sell parts to help achieve sales goal
• Stock shelves on display and in warehouse
• Pull customer orders
• Maintain inventory, cycle count inventory, assist with core returns
