
Job description
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial success of projects while adhering to commercial administration procedures. You will work in the special projects division, dealing with cladding remediation projects and fire remediation high-risk buildings across the North.
Your responsibilities will include negotiating subcontract terms, managing payments, ensuring contract compliance, and analyzing changes and liability exposure. You will also monitor and track contract obligations, perform site visits, and report on contract performance.
