
Job description
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be a vital member of the team, working with colleagues and the client to support project delivery, ensure contractual processes are observed, and develop positive working relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Prepare and negotiate interim valuations and final accounts, ensure agreement of variations with the supply chain is documented, and maintain records and documents.
The successful applicant will have a sound track record in a commercial role for a main contractor, with commercial awareness, legal and contractual knowledge, and experience with data interrogation skills.
