Role Overview

Join the thriving and dynamic UI Social Infrastructure team in Dartford as a Senior Quantity Surveyor. The role is responsible for commercial success of projects, including validation pricing, planning application workstream, and subcontract/supply chain commercial management.

What You Will Do

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will take the lead on validation pricing, provide monthly cost advice to the client, and manage open book reconciliation and audit information. They will also be responsible for planning application workstream, including procurement, payment, and client claiming.
