
Job description
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be the commercial lead on projects, responsible for the commercial success of the projects while adhering to commercial administration procedures. You will promote and deliver a collaborative environment with clients and subcontractors.
Negotiate subcontract terms, manage payments, ensure contract compliance, report on outturn, coordinate changes, and analyse impact. Monitor and track contract obligations, undertake site visits, and report on contract performance.
