Experienced Card Dealer - Elements Casino Surrey

Under the direct supervision of the Floor Manager, Table Games or Shift Manager, Table Games, this position is responsible for providing dealing services to customers while contributing to a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.

Requirements

• Deals card games
• Maintains the security of the table and its float
• Controls the table in the correct order of play; closes bets at the appropriate time
• Refers disputes, irregularities or suspicious activities to the Manager
• Verifies chip refills and credits
• Tidies workstation and pit area
• Communicates effectively with all appropriate operational departments
• Builds strong working relationships with guests and team members
• Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
