Provides basic resident care under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse, utilizing a resident-centered approach to provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the medical field preferred
- Certified Nursing Assistant Iowa Direct Care Worker Registry (United States of America) upon hire
- Dependent Adult Abuse Mandatory Reporter - Iowa Department of Human Services Iowa Dept of Public Health (United States of America) within 180 days
- EFRC (Emergency First Responder Choking) required within 90 days upon hire and renewed every 2 years
