We are seeking a VP of Business Development to drive organic growth for the company by increasing new financial advisor affiliations and meeting recruitment goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, building relationships, and closing deals.
Represent Osaic, meet sales goals, nurture new leads, build relationships, develop and implement a territory action plan, conduct research and prospecting activities, and close new business.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong competitive spirit, ability to showcase wealth management solutions, and be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills.
