
Job description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Account Support team. The role involves managing incoming interactions to assist our customer base, including collections, customer relations, and payment processing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, and meeting daily core responsibilities.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for inbound customer service interactions, providing professional oral and written correspondence, and consulting with customers to identify solutions. You will also need to understand various types of agreements and the end of term process for each.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and have strong written and verbal communication skills. You will also need to be customer-oriented and have experience in customer service, preferably with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce experience.
