Primary Care Physician (Summer 2026)

Greenbrook Medical is seeking a Primary Care Physician to provide high-touch, relationship-based primary care to seniors in a managed care, value-based care model. The physician will provide comprehensive patient-centered care, manage chronic conditions, and coordinate care across the healthcare team.

Requirements

• 2-6 years of experience in a primary care setting
• MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or similar specialty
• Board certification or board eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or similar specialty
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
• High attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• Innovative and open to outside-the-box clinical management approaches
• Strong ability to build trusting relationships
• Results-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Intellectually curious with a sense of integrity and humility
