The Vice President of Finance will serve as the organization’s senior financial leader, responsible for financial strategy, planning, operations, and performance management across the business. The ideal leader will help build the foundation for a world-class finance organization that can support the company’s ambitious trajectory.
Requirements
- 10+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, and accounting experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience building and scaling high-performing finance teams and overseeing strategic financial operations
- Strong experience with value-based care or risk-bearing payment models (e.g., Medicare Advantage, global capitation, ACO REACH)
- Working knowledge of MSO–PC structures and corporate practice of medicine (CPOM) considerations
- Proven ability to translate financial analysis into clear operational levers and strategic decisions
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, scaling healthcare startup
