Sales Operations Manager

Role Overview

The Sales Operations Manager will assist the Sr. Director of Sales Operations in managing and executing sales operations for Greenix’s three sales channels. The ideal candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm, be well-organized, be an excellent communicator, and have experience in direct sales.

What You Will Do

Manage intradepartmental initiatives, collaborate with internal department sales managers, communicate with sales leadership, oversee CRM and database management, and manage a growing team of Sales Ops coordinators and specialists.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of relevant operations experience
• Ability to understand the impact of operational initiatives from a sales or marketing person's perspective
• Ability to prepare reports and use appropriate modes of communication
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
• Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
