Field Manager

Greenrise Technologies is seeking a Field Manager to oversee and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget and schedule. The Field Manager will work closely with the Operations leaders, sales team, estimators, administrative staff, customer contacts, and multiple crew team leaders of the company.

Requirements

• Maintain construction schedules and perform regular updates
• Meet with crew leaders and crew members to ensure understanding of company practices
• Responsible for crew and crew leaders filling out time sheets and worksheets
• Negotiate/coordinate company work with clients
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Review equipment status and ensure proper maintenance
