
Job description
The Benefits Implementation Consultant will implement and configure benefits administration solutions for customers, working independently and with a team to manage workload, understand customer requirements, and deliver quality services.
Implement benefits administration solutions, complete product configuration and quality control testing, support team members, and develop productive relationships with client management.
This role requires technical and professional knowledge, excellent client service, and the ability to identify process gaps and implement improvements.
