The Benefits Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of client and internal employee benefits data across the organization. This role oversees the full lifecycle of client benefits data, from carrier billing audits and reconciliation to deduction management and regulatory reporting, while minimizing financial risk and supporting the operational efficiency of our benefits programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics)
- 3-5 years of experience in group benefits administration, benefits data analysis, benefits reconciliation, consolidated billing, or a related role
- Strong analytical capabilities and a high attention to detail
- Intermediate SQL skills for data querying and manipulation
- Familiarity with other data tools such as Microsoft SQL Server, Snowflake, or Tableau
- Highly proficient in Excel with advanced formula and data analysis capabilities.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple projects and concurrent priorities
- Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
