Assistant General Manager

Green Thumb is seeking an Assistant General Manager for its RISE Dispensary in York, Pennsylvania. The role involves leading and managing a team to drive results, deliver positive consumer experiences, and ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local regulations. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of managing teams in a retail setting, preferably with cannabis experience and inventory control background.
