The Construction Project Manager will oversee CPG construction projects, ensuring scope of work is executed, quality of brand is maintained, timelines are beat, and budgets are always in the green. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience managing 20+ projects at a time across a national landscape.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
- 5+ years of construction project management experience
- Experience with Controlled Environmental Agriculture (CEA), Greenhouse or indoor grow facilities, High-capacity HVAC and mechanical systems, Industrial electrical distribution systems
- Ability to interpret mechanical, electrical, irrigation, and environmental control drawings
- Experience coordinating large mechanical subcontractors and specialty vendors
- Proficient in construction management software such as Primavera P6, Procore, Timberline, PlanGrid (or similar)
- Advanced Microsoft Project and Excel (budget tracking, forecasting, modeling)
- Strong understanding of environmental controls and agricultural infrastructure preferred
