Maintenance Technician - The Bower

This position performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

Requirements

• Perform technical and mechanical work to ensure buildings, grounds, and amenities meet company standards
• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property
• Maintain property grounds and common areas
• Support cost-cutting and expense control programs
