ServiceNow Developer - HAM

Role Overview

Join our dynamic IT team as a ServiceNow Developer - HAM, responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining our ServiceNow HAM capability and its integrations. Work closely with IT Asset Management, Operations, Procurement, and other stakeholders to optimize processes and drive value from our asset data.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow HAM, implement and maintain HAM capabilities, develop and enhance Service Portal components, ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CMDB, and develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow HAM and external systems.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance
• 12+ Years of relevant experience
• Proven expertise in ServiceNow platform development
• In-depth understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, ITSM, and ITAM modules
• Demonstrable experience with ServiceNow HAM implementation and configuration
• Proficiency in integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and MID Servers
• Experience with Service Portal development
• Solid understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) principles, processes, and the hardware asset lifecycle
• Familiarity with asset discovery methods and tools
