ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

Role Overview

Responsible for designing and configuring ServiceNow to meet specific client business requirements. Work closely with Architects and Business Analysts to understand and document the business outcomes and functional requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solution designs.

What You Will Do

Design and configure ServiceNow Product suites, guide developers in building custom new applications, and assist architects in the integration of ServiceNow with other systems and applications.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of experience with the CMDB Implementation
• Demonstrated expertise in at least two SNOW modules
• Expertise in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Proven ability to set up ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, sophisticated UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes, and UI Scripts
• Experience using with JavaScript/GLIDE and HTML5 technologies
• Expertise with REST/SOAP APIs to integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Strong analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
