Hardware Operations Program Manager

Role Overview

The Hardware Operations Program Manager will be responsible for making the hardware team and its leads as efficient as possible, owning procurement end-to-end, and ensuring every Gritt Robotics system is properly assembled, tested, and field-ready before it leaves the facility.

What You Will Do

The role will involve program management, procurement and supply chain, and system readiness, assembly, and field deployment. The Hardware Operations Program Manager will make the leads more effective, run the day-to-day, own the schedule, and unblock the team.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in technical program management, chief of staff, operations, or procurement
• Experience in a hardware, robotics, mechanical, aerospace, automotive, or manufacturing environment
• Ability to read a mechanical drawing, understand a bill of materials, and source parts
• Strong organizational skills and ability to keep clean task lists, schedules, and vendor records
