Global Controller

The Global Controller will lead financial operations with precision and strategic insight, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting, and scalable processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is required.
• Active CPA license required.
• 15 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated leadership in a late-stage private or publicly traded SaaS organization, with a successful history of IPO preparation and/or operations within a public company context.
• Deep expertise in US GAAP, with a particular focus on revenue recognition, lease accounting, and international consolidation.
