
Job description
We're looking for someone to own our customer relationships, from implementations to ongoing support, and be the voice of Grotto to our customers. You'll be employee #3 at a vertical AI company that just raised $10M to solve a $500B problem in rental housing.
You'll own the customer relationship from signed contract to long-term success, implementing and onboarding new customers, running training sessions, providing ongoing support, and acting as the bridge between customers and our Product and Sales teams.
You'll be defining how customer deployments are done at Grotto and setting the standard for how we scale. You'll have high agency, be customer-obsessed, and have a high level of organization and communication skills.
