Senior Product Delivery Manager (Federal)

Groundswell is seeking a Senior Product Delivery Manager to lead the implementation and delivery of enterprise technology products for federal clients. The ideal candidate has deep experience delivering technology implementations in federal settings and understands what it takes to successfully launch products across security, compliance, stakeholder, and operational teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology delivery, product implementation, or enterprise systems deployment
• Active Secret clearance required (TS/SCI eligibility preferred)
• Must be local to the Washington, DC metro area and willing to be onsite as needed
• Demonstrated experience leading the implementation of enterprise technology products and platforms
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end delivery, including scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and reporting
• Strong understanding of federal delivery environments, including compliance, cybersecurity, stakeholder governance, and operational constraints
• Experience managing cross-functional delivery teams (engineering, security, operations, client stakeholders)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to brief senior government and contractor leadership
