The Behavioral Health Substance Use Disorder Care Team Specialist (SUD CTS) works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, support and deliver evidence-based substance use disorder treatment to patients. Responsibilities include reviewing team/provider in-baskets, coordinating review and follow-up of phone requests, completing and documenting reviews of controlled substance prescriptions, and assisting with triage and patient scheduling.
