Compliance Data Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a Compliance Data Analyst to sit at the intersection of technology and compliance, building and maintaining the data infrastructure that powers our trade surveillance, investigations, and regulatory reporting programs.

What You Will Do

Design, build, and maintain trade surveillance applications and analytical tools using Python and SQL, create automated reports and dashboards, and provide advanced quantitative analysis for complex compliance investigations.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience building analytical tools from requirements through deployment
• Familiarity with data visualization and dashboard platforms
• Experience querying large-scale datasets
• Comfortable with Git version control and a Windows development environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear explanations
• FINRA SIE and Series 57 licenses within six months
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
