Product Designer - UX/UI

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to help evolve our multi-brand customer control platform into an intuitive, scalable experience used by customers across 20+ global brands. You will play a key role in supporting the migration of over 2 million users and enabling them to manage and grow their online presence.

What You Will Do

Design, prototype, and validate user interfaces across a large-scale SaaS ecosystem, translate product requirements and user insights into clear flows and high-quality interfaces, and collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and designers across distributed teams.

Requirements

• Strong experience designing complex digital products using a design system in multi-product or multi-brand environments
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, libraries, auto-layout, variables, and prototyping
• Ability to simplify complex workflows and multi-step user journeys while maintaining clarity and usability
• Solid understanding of global usability principles, accessibility standards, and diverse user expectations
• Experience designing for conversion, activation, engagement, and user growth through effective interaction and information design
• Experience with usability testing, A/B testing, and leveraging data and research to drive design improvements
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, DesignOps, and system stakeholders, with a practical understanding of front-end constraints
• Comfortable working in distributed, cross-cultural teams across multiple geographies
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain design choices, manage feedback constructively, and work independently in evolving environments
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance research, ideation, prototyping, or workflow efficiency will be an added advantage
