Advanced Fullstack .Net Software Engineer

We are looking for an Advanced Fullstack.Net Software Engineer to drive the development, maintenance, and modernization of enterprise-level web applications. In this high-impact role, you will play a crucial part in modernizing legacy systems, optimizing application performance, and ensuring robust security across the stack.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field
• 3+ years of recent fullstack development experience, with a strong focus on the.NET ecosystem
• Proven track record of acting as a Player/Coach: leading, mentoring, and guiding a development team while remaining deeply hands-on with coding and architecture
• Strong background working in an Agile/Scrum environment with sprints, ceremonies, and iterative delivery
• Demonstrated experience modernizing legacy applications, specifically migrating older.NET architectures to modern frameworks such as Blazor
