Requirements
- Technical Degree in related field
- 5-7 years' experience in Fleet or Transportation field
- Knowledge of DOT and state inspection programs
- Background in heavy vehicle repair
- Supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Computer skills and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
