Interior Designer

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is essential to both the visual and operational success of our residential development projects. You will be responsible for managing all phases of design development, from initial concepts to final installations.

What You Will Do

Collaborate with senior leadership to ascertain project requirements and preferences, develop detailed design drawings, utilize CAD and other design software, guide and coordinate junior designers, conduct site visits, coordinate with third-party engineers, manage selections for finishes and materials, and maintain knowledge of industry trends.

The ideal candidate combines a strong design sensibility with excellent logistical and negotiation skills, and has a minimum of 5 years of experience in residential architectural design in the US.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in residential architectural design in the US
• Certification or bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field
• Knowledge of building materials and interior finish products
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Photoshop, and other design software
• Familiarity with or strong interest in AI-powered tools for design, visualization, and workflow optimization
• Familiarity with Procore is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
