Construction Manager *PETROLEUM EXPERIENCE*

The Construction Manager will join the Guardian team to ensure smooth operations of various construction projects. The position requires a high school diploma/GED, experience in Petroleum Handling Equipment, and excellent customer relations skills.

Requirements

• Manages design/build, construction management, or construct-only projects from project assignment through completion
• Serve as a liaison between Company, subcontractors, and construction teams on basic project issues
• Review plans and prepare or review technical specifications, contract documents, and estimates
• Maintain close relationships with clients to resolve all project questions
• Supervise work of project personnel to ensure that it meets the highest professional standards
• Coordinate with other internal departments to meet project requirements
• Define the scope of assigned projects and develop plan to accomplish projects
• Monitor progress toward deliverable schedules
• Compile project status reports
• Review job cost sheets and assist with preparation of monthly billings
• Assist manager in securing repeat business from existing clients and identifying new clients
